Quotes and pricing
- All quotes are based on the information available at the time
- Quotes may change if additional work, materials, or time is required
- We will seek approval before proceeding with any variation
- Pricing may vary depending on location, accessibility, urgency, and job complexity
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
Call-out fees
- A call-out fee may apply for attending your property
- Call-out fees may vary depending on:
- Location
- Time of service (after-hours, weekends, public holidays)
- Urgency of the request
Call-out fees will be communicated prior to attendance where possible.
Bookings and cancellations
- Bookings are subject to confirmation
- We aim to attend within agreed timeframes, however delays may occur
- You must provide reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule
Cancellation fees
- Late cancellations may incur a fee
- Missed appointments (no access provided) may incur a call-out charge
Payment terms
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Deposits may be required for larger or scheduled works
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to service
Late payments
- Overdue invoices may incur late fees
- We reserve the right to engage debt recovery services if payment is not made
Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Ensure safe and clear access to the worksite
- Inform us of any hazards, risks, or known issues
- Ensure an authorised person (18+) is present if required
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional costs, or cancellation of service.
Worksite safety
- We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if we believe conditions are unsafe
- This includes hazardous environments, unsafe structures, or non-compliant installations
- Any additional work required to meet safety standards will be quoted separately
Service-specific terms
Switchboard upgrades
- Upgrades may uncover pre-existing faults or non-compliant wiring
- Additional work required to meet current standards will be quoted before proceeding
EV charger installations
- Installation is subject to property suitability and electrical capacity
- Additional upgrades (e.g. switchboard or cabling) may be required
Emergency services
- Emergency work is prioritised based on urgency and availability
- Response times are estimates only and not guaranteed
Warranties and guarantees
Our services are provided in accordance with the guarantees outlined under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Where applicable:
- Workmanship warranties may apply
- Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
- Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided

- Pre-existing faults
- Hidden defects
- Issues outside our control
- Damage caused by third parties

- Supply chain disruptions
